Our carpet cleaning machine is very loud, your pets may not like this noise. Please place your pet(s) in a crate, bathroom, or safe location where they will not escape out of the open door. We are not responsible for lost pets or their whereabouts during the service.
You are not required to be home for a scheduled appointment. Depending upon your comfort, you can choose to be home during an appointment, choose to come and go or to not be home at all! Our Clarity Cleaners are prepared for all scenarios and are comfortable working with or without clients in their homes during appointments.
Our trained technicians will be happy to move most small furniture 25lbs or less as long as any knickknacks and breakables are removed prior to our arrival. Clarity Clean staff will not move any large furniture or fixtures over 25lbs.
